- Family mixed - Monday, Thursday and Saturday
- Juniors - Monday, Thursday and Saturday
- Tiny Tigers: 3yo to 6yo - Monday and Thursday
- Adults - Monday, Thursday and Saturday
- Advanced ranks - Wednesday
- Beginners / New Students - please make an appointment
- Hour of Power - All ranks - Saturday
- Choi Cardio - Wednesday
Where Are We?
Training is held at OES Hall, 48 Ingham Road, West End.
